House is well fitted out, light and bright with warm and comfortable beds. Layout of the two separate bedrooms, each with their own ensuites, is great when travelling with a teenager who likes their space! Wifi very good, minor trouble accessing a TV show on a streaming service but help with remote control use promptly provided by property manager. The house is well equipped, quiet and well laid out. Good WiFi. Cleanliness only get 4 stars as outside deck needs a proper dust and sweep and the large front windows should have been cleaned - these were badly rain streaked. The house is very clean, and has good-quality facilities and appliances. There are excellent walks (e.g. in the Seawinds Gardens) and some major attractions (e.g. Arthurs Seat Eagle and Enchanted Adventure Garden) in close proximity. It was quiet, with fabulous birdlife coming to visit (ducks, magpies, rosellas, kookaburras, butcherbirds). The view was lovely and it was very impressive watching the weather come in across the peninsula. The house is exactly as pictured, clean and well stocked.
