We ran the glasses and dishes through the dishwasher because the wine glasses had smears and fingerprints. There are no mattress protectors on the beds. Some general maintenance is needed, as a few handles were loose or had fallen off, shower fan not working etc. The building has amenities such as a gym, fitness area, and pool. The location is convenient, just a few meters from Elizabeth Street with access to the free trams, and a short walk into the city. The accommodation experience was negatively affected by the host's lack of customer focus. We received a list of rules and corresponding fines of potential violations. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit of $500 was charged when we booked. Only one set of keys was provided. The keys were located in a locked cupboard at a different location, about 650 meters away, and down a narrow dark alleyway. The key retrieval process was far from professional. I would not stay again due to the unprofessional manner in which this apartment is managed. ##### Sue D.
