Hawkes Farm, The Epicurean, and Rosebud Plaza are just a few of the recommended attractions our vacationers enjoy. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"Tiny House Big View 2," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the property and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and main farm tracks. Getting Around: By car: Driving time from Melbourne CBD is approximately 1 hr 30 mins (100.5 km) Other Things to Note: \- Mobile reception is good \- Outdoor firepit is not available \- No smoking allowed on the property \- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed \- Keep in mind that there is an electric fence in operation. \- Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property \- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission \- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge \- We recommend bringing your own supply of drinking water, especially for longer stays or active days.
