The house 2 large living spaces with smart TV’s for the children to un-wind at the end of a long day at the beach. There are 4 full bedrooms, 2 stunning bathrooms and a great back garden for children with trampoline and being fully fenced. The kitchen flows onto the back deck where you can BBQ and entertain on those hot summer nights. You will find high quality craftsman ship throughout with timeless contemporary lines and a carefree design provide the ultimate entertaining beach house. Flowing floorboards and stone benchtops showcase the luxury appointments, while the flexible floor plan is ideal for all year round entertaining. A host of luxury features include ducted heating and split system cooling, ceiling fans, open fireplace, quality appliances and off-street parking. Book a day at the Peninsula Hot Springs, a round of golf or maybe a winery tour, it’s all at your doorstep of this beautiful property. NB. The garage is not for use.
