No compensation offered for the inconvenience. The bed was quite uncomfortable, found it better sleeping on the couch at times and the water pressure in the shower rather weak with the head constantly sagging down. Great access to public transport and walking distance to a variety of shops. Decent size space for longer stays. The first surprise when we got to the apartment was a free upgrade to a 2BRM apartment with water views. Without asking, this was a great gesture. The room was clean and comfortable. Closeness to The District Docklands SC and restaurants made this a great stay. The property is also located within the Free Tram Zone so getting around the Melbourne CBD was a breeze. Would I stay there again?
