Introducing The Dunes – your perfect abode for family or small group stays in serene Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula. Surrounded by unspoiled beaches and a breathtaking coastline, our cosy hideout serves as an ideal base to experience the area's charm and beauty.  
  
Important: The property can accommodate up to 6 adult guests maximum , or up to 8 guests including children, across three spacious rooms all leading off the central living area. Two of the three bedrooms have queen size beds and one has two bunk beds.  
  
This brand new build is all about comfort and style. Meet sunrises with a warm cup of coffee on the front or back deck before exploring the many beautiful beaches, coastal towns or wineries the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, then wind up your days with sunset drinks, a spa and BBQ on the back balcony soaking in panoramic views.  
  
Bedding Configuration:  
Master Bedroom: Queen bed  
Bedroom 2: Queen bed  
Bedroom 3: Two single bunk beds (sleeps 4)  
  
The main bathroom is also off the living area and boasts a European laundry with washing machine and dryer for guest use. There is also a powder room tucked away next to the bunk room. The property's modern amenities ensure a worry-free stay and include luxurious touches like a built-in fireplace for cold winter nights, a spa built into the back deck and a BBQ for alfresco dining with a view.  
  
For added security, the property is equipped with external security cameras with audio.  
  
This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.   
  
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication

Pretty poor experience.. At a very high nightly rate you would think that a serve of long life milk to go with coffee provided wouldn’t have gone astray. Contacted property mums management and no compensation has been offered. Checked out a day early .. and emailed twice after reading DO NOT TEXT THIS NUMBER… No milk.. no laundry liquid at all.. no face washers… full as bins.. and asked to put out on kerb .. Didn’t receive arrival email until atleast 24 hours after checking in.. in which case we w Had already left.. Floors wet on arrival Washing machine locked in 15/30 min cycle - couldn’t use..
