Cleanliness Our cleaning fee covers standard cleaning after courteous guests. If excessive mess is left behind (e.g. food spills, rubbish, dirty dishes, or furniture moved), an additional $100 fee will be charged. 8\. Lost and Left Items We cannot guarantee the return of personal items left behind after checkout. If items are found, return is at the guest’s request, cost, and risk. 9\. Property Access If you raise a complaint through the booking platform, or with our team regarding the property (e.g. cleanliness, maintenance, or amenity concerns), you authorise us to enter the premises to address the issue without requiring further consent. 10\. Key and Lockout Fees Lost or unreturned keys will incur a replacement fee of up to $300\. Lockouts will incur a $150 call-out fee. 11\.
