Close to train station, shops for groceries, chemist & places to eat about 10-30 minutes walk. The room was a decent size to feel comfortable, bed was comfortable, bathroom was big. We had an issue with our phone & sink and they came to fix the phone promptly. I asked them to address sink after we left. Only other issue is no gluten free bread so that was a bit annoying.

We were on the 5th floor and our city view was basically the wall of a 6-7 storey building. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I booked a room which included food/drinks credit. But when I asked the front desk how much credit I had, they had no record of it. Moreover, the confirmation email from Expedia and the booking details only stated that we had a credit with no value amount. At the time of booking, I believe it was at least a $50 credit, if not $70-$80. So buyer beware when booking on Expedia and choosing the so called "Special Deal" with a food/drink credit! Better to just book a basic rate.

Great location close to multiple public transport, shopping and restaurant options. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and really quiet. Pool area was nice, not overly busy (water temperature could have been slightly warmer). Breakfast was lovely, great selection to choose from and lovely, helpful staff. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our little staycation.

The breakfast was better than most when it comes to hotel buffets. All eggs served fresh, wide variety of dishes (thank you for having kimchi) a great way to finish a quick overnight getaway. Nice clean room, comfortable bed and temperature that could be controlled.
