The neglect and poor standard of cleaning really needs to be addressed. The build up of hair in the bathroom didn't just happen, the room clearly hasn't been cleaned properly for a long time. Surfaces need a thorough wipe down, every cup and utensil needed checking. Broken lights in every room. The fragrance on the lobby of overwhelming. I'm not sure how the staff can bare it. The bed is huge and comfortable. It was very clean. The negatives that downgraded the final score from 5 star to 4 are... The shower over the bath is a worry, can I say especially for older people. This one got very slippery under foot without any rubber mat to get some transaction. The water temperature also had a mind of its own. The only other issue we had was that we paid for the undercover parking and when we returned from our show at about 11:00pm there was no designated parking spot available so we just had to park on the access area which blocked half of the way in which would have been very inconvenient to anyone arriving or leaving early the next morning. There was tissues under the side table on the floor that where not ours so im going to assume the floors were not vacuum from the last guest.
