The 2nd unit was well laid out, had a bigger balcony and a comfortable couch. The washer/dryer and dishwasher appliances were tricky to operate and some instructions would've helped. You have to switch on the air conditioning than it is getting warm very fast. One bedroom with an air conditioning one has none. The beds are ok. A plus was the second bathroom.
