Pet friendly, flat fenced yard on the River. Historic former Nuns Cottage. Recently renovated. Pet friendly with fully enclosed yard and parking for 3/4 cars. 3 full sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with full Laundry. Sleeps 7. WIFI, and all rooms heated and cooled including inside wood heater and outdoor fire pit. All wood and kindling provided, Full kitchen and BBQ provided on large back entertaining deck. On the flat sunny side of town you can walk everywhere without taking on any of the hills. The yard is flat with just 6 steps to the back door or 1 to the front door. Its position across from the river made for a peaceful setting and an easy stroll into town. The house was very comfortable and the fireplace is amazing.
