A charming 3-bedroom house in vibrant Fitzroy North, steps from iconic Edinburgh Gardens. With two double beds and two single beds, it’s perfect for families or groups. Enjoy Fitzroy's nightlife, artistic culture, and food scene, or relax in your cozy retreat. A nearby tram stop (Route 11) provides easy access to Brunswick Street, the CBD, and Southern Cross Station, offering the perfect blend of convenience and excitement in Melbourne’s most eclectic suburb.  
  
The house is ideally located on the St Georges Road, close to Piedimonte's supermarket. Double-glazed windows in all bedroom's offer’s peace and comfort, ensuring a restful stay.  
  
This property features three inviting bedrooms: two with comfortable double beds and one with two single beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.  
  
The house includes a compact yet fully functional kitchen/living area, with a fully stocked kitchen that has everything you need to prepare your meals. It also comes equipped with a dishwasher and oven, making meal preparation and cleanup a breeze.
