Within walking distance to most things. great views from balcony. a/c in room never worked, rang reception twice to repair but never heard back from them. Upon inquiry, we were informed that these facilities were for residents only. My son was devastated and we were looking forward to using the gym as well. When I was searching for a hotel, there were pictures of the gym and a swimming pool. If we knew that there were restrictions we would have chosen another hotel. It had a huge negative impact on our little family getaway. Location is great. Plenty of resteraunts although you have to really look further away if you are a coffee fan. The view from the unit is fantastic.
