  • Bathed in natural light, this open-plan living and dining area features warm timber accents and enchanting leafy views from almost every angle. A smart TV enhances the space, while the seamless flow to a private covered alfresco area, large deck with a built-in BBQ, and tranquil garden oasis creates the perfect setting for both indoor and outdoor entertaining.

    The bespoke kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, equipped with Carrara marble countertops, premium Neff & Miele appliances, and a casual breakfast bar.

    Upstairs has a dedicated work/study desk and chair with access to the balcony

    Hydronic heating throughout the home and split system air conditioning in the main living area and all bedrooms.

    Unrivalled in every way, this enticing residence is further enriched by hydronic heating, split system AC throughout, powder room and study nook.

    A coveted Bayside location, footsteps to the park, a leisurely stroll to trendy Highett shops and train, and close to the first class shopping at Southland and moments to the beach.

    We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

    Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.

    Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

    Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)

Great location and we couldn’t ask for a home stay

This is an outstanding property. It’s in a great location 5 minutes from the beach. Close to everything. Shops and restaurants close by. A park literally across the road for our puppies. Very well presented. Only thing I’d recommend to ownership is the left hand panel of the glass door leading to the deck needs a sticker on it so you don’t accidentally walk into it like I did.

An Absolute Gem

This property was beautifully put together and very true to the images that you see. It was so clean, really cosy and was the perfect spot for interstate family to stay for the weekend. The house had everything we needed and there was nothing that wasn't catered for. We will be staying here again for sure.
