Employees are so helpful and nice

The hotel looks new and high end, but lots of things inside the room make it look cheap, like poor bathroom finishings and dirty, ripped blinds. Plus there was hair all over the floor when I checked in (not the same colour as mine, so I know it was there before I got there). The breakfast is pretty bad, cold food that has no taste, poor selection, terrible, gross-tasting coffee - total disappointment. Pleasant staff and good location, but otherwise pretty meh and overpriced for what you get. I'd only recommend if you get a huge discount and don't pay for breakfast.

Lovely stay over 3 nights. Would have been nice to use the steam room without extra charge.but it’s in the spa section. Normally not s fan of large buffets, but this was really good. For the price paid and the experience we were v happy

We loved this hotel. The room and the views were incredible. The restaurant was amazing (get the filet with the cheese sauce - delicious). All of the staff was very accommodating and kind. Would absolutely stay here again.
