After they finally idtifined themselves, she let them know she was a hotel guest and that I was waiting for her in the casino, but security did not attempt to verify this; instead they assumed she was lying and called the police and had her arrested for trespassing. Meanwhile, I am in the casino, unaware of what had transpired. I spent the rest of the evening, into the early morning, frantically searching for my fiancé; only to find out the hotel itself was the responsible. I will never stay at this hotel again, and neither should anyone else. This is not a safe place, the hotel betrayed our trust and may betray yours. Simply put, watch your back. The hotel security are untrained and dangerous.
