Our stay was fine. The room and facility was clean, but looked a bit run-down and in need of some improvement. The price was fair given the location.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,281 reviews)
Stayed for one night, largely good hotel.
Unfortunately woken up at 8am by reception asking us to move rooms, apparently at our request, turns out they got the wrong room.
Was looking forward to a lie in but sadly didn’t get one. I mentioned to reception on check out but the staff member didnt seem phased.
Breakfast was surprisingly good and enough room for everyone even at a busy time.
Location good for exploring the city centre.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
"Waited 2 hours after check-in to get my room. Room was very poor and not worth the money. Pokey little single with no outlook, basic amenities, tiny TV that didn't work. Breakfast team were very pleasant but food was cold. Outdated business resting on its laurels and not reinvesting for the benefit ..."
