Messy reception, disorganized staff, not very friendly. Room was clean but dim, no windows. Noisy because thin walls and ceilings. Not a restful stay. One and done.

The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh.
The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good.

Close to ABQ airport. Did not use amenities because the lobby's alarm was malfunctioning. It was loud and had been reported when I checked in. It was still on when I checked out. The alarm is a health hazard to your staff.
