"The whole vacation was nice and the property was very clean and fully stocked with necessities! The hosts communication was excellent and she even came out and got rid of a wasp nest for us! The price was also affordable"

"The hotel stuff was very nice and helpful. The only problem with our stay was that the elevator was broken and our hotel room was at the 4th floor. The hotel staff helped out caring our luggage up there. It was very difficult for my elderly parents to go all the way up there."

"Jim and Annie are so kind. We had a very relaxing stay. The view of the lake from the camper is amazing. My daughter and I had so much fun building a fire and making s'mores, floating on rafts (that they provided for us) hanging outside playing games. We never once turned on the tv. Annie even asked how old my daughter was to see if they could get something for her to play with, before we came up. Annie and Jim said of we needed anything, they could grab for us. They are the kindest hosts I have ever had. The camper was so clean and had everything we needed to stay. Only thing we needed was our personal things to bring. Thank you so much Jim and Annie. "

"The property is charming and super clean. Modern amenities were appreciated. We enjoyed the quiet, all we heard were nature sounds the entire weekend. It is at least a 20 minute drive to get “near civilization” but that’s a small price to pay for peace and quiet. A lovely property that we would definitely visit again."

"We needed somewhere where we could bring our dog and really appreciated that it was dog friendly, that’s what originally brought us to this listing. But as we read about the cabin and the natural surroundings, it couldn’t be more perfect!They are thoughtful with the items they stock for visitors. Very comfortable!"

"Wonderful accommodations! Charming area, as well. If you arrive after dark, turn right just before the red Third Hollow Farm sign. If you plan on cooking, there are only pots and pans. Bakeware, bowls and ice were missing. There's no dishwasher and no instructions on the dishwashing. We washed them and left them to dry in the sink. There were ants, but it was raining a lot and that might have pushed them to higher ground. There are two bedrooms, two full baths and plenty of open space. The furniture is comfortable. We enjoyed going into Garrison for groceries and eating at the Short Stop (you've got to check it out - it's open 24 hours for short-order food). We plan on returning!!"
