The safe in the room didn’t work. There was no do not disturb sign in the room so naturally I was woken up by the cleaning staff. Overall, the room had not been maintained.

The host was really nice, kudos on him!! The pools are awesome, really enjoy the experience. The only suboptimal point was the AC was not so quiet. Also the hotel was not like 4-star but maybe 3-star to me.

Everyone is helpful and goes beyond to make sure your stay is optimal. They have loaner cars and bikes on site, drinks upon arrival and the dress for dinner ranges from flip flops or workout clothes to dressy. The spa is top notch, you really don’t need to consider trying a different location.

The Breakfast was wonderful every morning!

Hannah and the concierge were amazing. I told them about the special occasion I was there for - a Bob Dylan concert to celebrate my mom and dad’s 50th anniversary (and his passing a few months ago). They gave us a beautiful note and a bottle of Chandon. What a class act. It meant so much to feel heard and gave that special touch. Their food and drinks were also delicious. We had a gem salad with rotisserie chicken and lime drops (light on the simple syrup). For breakfast we split the bagel. Only a catch there, but they gave us crème freche instead of cream cheese and pickled onions instead of regular red onions. Note to room service: regular cream cheese goes on a bagel not crème freche and pickled onions go on tacos, not bagels. It’s a thing ;) Otherwise, stellar time and will be back. I loved how quiet the property was and the beds were super comfortable and fluffy, but not too soft. Thank you for a wonderful memory!!
