"Hotel has a problem with lifts. They are small and slow for the size of the building . One was out of order when I checked in and it took me 30 minutes to take my turn to reach my 9th floor room. Later that evening both lifts were out of order so 9th floor was only accessible by stairs. I complained and suggested a complementary breakfast which was granted but maybe could have offered to me anyway "
