« Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. »

« Older property that has been completely renovated on the inside. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is great for visiting the landing. »

« This is a hidden gem. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were CLEAN, the beds were FANTASTIC, the property was inviting and affordable. « We checked in on Tuesday April 7 th , it was very smooth and stress free Thanks to Tamara she was able to get us show tickets and get us into Dolly Stampede that very night! We have stayed here before and we would definitely choose this place again. They are able to get discounted show tickets which is amazing and the breakfast buffet is absolutely the best Ive ever had with so much variety and staff were so good and attentive. « Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though.
