10/10 Excellent

"Very friendly staff, clean room, quiet even though it was sold out. Breakfast was good and staff gave good directions on what to do if first parking lot was full. Only feedback would be to add an automatic door into the lobby. When trying to carry in luggage and kids it was difficult. However, staff did notice the struggle and held the door open. Much appreciated!"

"My husband and I are early risers, and we have come to expect having fresh-brewed coffee available in the lobby, if not all the time, then in the breakfast area prior to breakfast at 7:00. There was a coffee maker in the room but only one packet of regular coffee. The second day. I knew to ask for more coffee packets at the desk. Otherwise, we enjoyed the beautiful lobby and the room with the fireplace where we could play games with our granddaughter. We also enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to many of the Branson theaters and attractions."
