The entire property was in poor condition and not clean or well-maintained - including a murky, green swimming pool that was not useable. We were very disappointed and would never stay there again. "This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. There were limited walkable locations to eat & there was a guest on my floor screaming bloody murder/slamming doors all evening. I was afraid to leave my room. Luckily I stayed at the Scottsdale location for the majority of my trip - I only "slept" one night here due to a flight cancellation. In future, I would head back to Scottsdale before setting foot into this location again. The staff at the hotel were perfectly friendly - this was hopefully a one-off experience. "
