This is an old but refurbished farmhouse so it had the creaky floors and the gophers in the yard next to the plowed fields down the dirt road. We loved it. Carrie was exceptional in responding to questions. We recommend texting rather than calling the contact number in the listing if there are any questions or issues. « Ashley at the front desk gave us a cheerful welcome when we arrived and was continuously helpful during our stay. Food and service at both the restaurant and the cafe were excellent. This is an old hotel so expect the kind of quirks you’d find in any historic place. Thirty minute soak in the hot spring-fed spa is complimentary for guests! It was charming! »
