"2 nights in Innsbruck. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel has character and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast to a high standard. Comparing prices to other hotels during the same period, the price is expensive but competitive. For the price, however there are some things that can be improved. First the check-in / front desk personnel can learn to smile and be more friendly. Yes they were efficient, and perhaps having to work in the Christmas period is no fun … but smiling cots nothing. Second. There is tea in the room, but no coffee. When we asked we were told that they don’t put coffee in the room. I think this is the first hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world that doesn’t offer both. So slightly disappointed with our stay.. "

"Très bel hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses et qui offrent une vue magnifique sur la ville et la montagne. Le rooftop est très agréable et les petits déjeuner sont bons."

"Chambre spacieuse mais pas très propre, welcome drink pas respecté et pas fourni, au contraire une bouteille d'eau acheté 7 euros alors qu'elle coute moins d'un euro au supermarché SPAR à 50 mètres. Personnel non aimable pour la plupart...."

"Séjour de 3 nuits. Hôtel moderne avec restaurant. Chambre avec terrasse et jardin. Accès direct à la piscine. Pas de climatisation. Piscine plutôt petite mais bienvenue quand il fait chaud. Notre wifi n’a jamais fonctionné. Hôtel pas trop loin d’Innsbruck et à la montagne dans un cadre sympathique. "
