Holiday Home 'Durst 1' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

This holiday home is located in a peaceful, sunny spot on the edge of the forest in Mayrhofen, next to an old orchard with beautiful mountain views. The lively town center with shops, bars, and restaurants is just a 10-minute walk away.



The home is furnished in a vintage retro style that combines charm with modern comfort. It features a garden, terrace, balcony, living room with TV and WiFi, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 bathroom, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. A baby bed and high chair are available on request. The building contains two separate rental units that share a large garden.



Since October 2025, an additional parking space is available, making arrival and staying at the house more convenient.



The area offers excellent hiking, cycling, and mountain biking routes, paragliding, canyoning, a swimming pool (15-minute walk), a tennis court, and a playground.



There is one parking space at the house. Additionally, a reserved parking space is available 700 m from the house, and an extra space is 7 minutes away by car. Loading and unloading can be done directly at the house. Secure indoor bicycle storage is available, as well as a garden hose for cleaning bikes.



Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM. Waste separation guidelines apply.
