"Three nights of pure indulgence - the food was exquisite with an a la carte 5 course evening meal. The spa is lovely - everything looks brand new. Spa treatments were also available and can recommend the full body massage from Susanna. We were looked after by a very attentive and friendly Anita every evening. "A lovely hotel, recently modernised with excellent spa and wellness areas. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and were very helpful. We loved the system they had for evening meals- a menu to order from at breakfast. Great choices for vegetarians and vegans too, all very tasty and beautifully presented. A ten minute walk to the gondola and town was an easy stroll and the ski lockers were also nice and clean. Happy to recommend this hotel."

"From the welcome at checkin to our departure a week later this was a blissful experience. Food was superb, aprés ski facilities extensive, saunas, large pool enabling lap swimming, gym, steam room, infra red cabin, rooms & beds comfortable, excellent design in all aspects. "The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
