Ginzling Vacation Packages

Really good place with the renovations almost complete. While the lobby still needed new carpet the room renovation was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, ich musste mein Apartment jedoch wechseln, da es im Badezimmer stark nach Schimmel gerochen hat und auch recht viel Schimmel sichtbar war. Der Wechsel hat schnell und problemlos funktioniert. Im neuen Apartment war das Badezimmer gut gereinigt, jedoch gab es größere Seifenschlieren am Spiegel und an der Duschtrennwand. Die Apartments sind ansonsten empfehlen, die Lage ist gut.

Very spacious room, including the bathroom, although I prefer a larger vanity or table for placing grooming items. The main room has a comfortable bed, attractive furniture, ample dresser space, and a great view of the Hauptplatz. Yet, despite its presence in Linz's main square, the room is surprisingly quiet. Amazing location, proximally central to anything anybody would want to see or do in Linz. Breakfast was good, but would become very good or excellent with the inclusion of hot items. The front desk staff was outstanding, especially Lydia, who answered my questions with a smile and excellent English skills. I also wish to give commendation to the bearded man at the front desk (I never learned his name) who communicated advice for running locations along the Danube. His suggestions were perfect.

Nice apartments but poorly managed. I have a long list of issues, that started with a very bad check in experience (property didn't send me the check in details, then the phone support wasn't able to give me directions to my apartment). After 20 minutes of searching and calls I finally got the instructions email and could get into my apartment. The apartment smelled like mould, coming from the bathroom. Toilet was dirty. I asked to be moved, and got another apartment quickly (that was a good point). The second apartment was also not cleaned properly: - smelly and dirty toilet and shower - dirty couch - dirty fridge - coffe spilled on the upper shelf in the kitchen - loose tap in the kitchen - dusty lights with dead bugs inside. Good parts: - clean bed sheets and towels - comfortable bed - warm rooms - nice design - good location - well equipped kitchen. I don't think I would stay here again in the future.
