"First time we ever stayed at a B&B. Very pleasant surprise. Close to the “downtown” and 2 minutes from a challenging golf course. "

"Awesome location, very comfortable. Be warned they do not have air conditioning, so windows stay open but it is for sure cool enough at night, and they give you an extra small fan which also helped the breeze. The owners are very accommodating and friendly, but everything is done by texting which is cool! They offer a continental breakfast and coffee, which you can access any time of day. It’s walking distance to the shops. Would def recommend staying here to anyone. Hit my best sleep at this one on our trips, the beds are SO comfy. "

"We have been having our Venable Family Reunion in Cloudcroft for over 30 years but this is the first time I have stayed in Spur Landing. It was PERFECT!!! I will be staying there again in the many years to come! "

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We were traveling with 5 adults and 2 children, and the house was perfect. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The rest of the house was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up. The two kids on the trip stayed in the downstairs area with the bunk beds and LOVED having their “own” hangout room with a large couch, tv, and ping pong table. The kitchen had all equipment needed to be able to cook meals. However- our favorite area was the porch! We would sit and watch deer, hummingbirds, and other birds/animals come by. We loved our stay and will absolutely be staying here again in the future. "

"2 complaints and 1 praise: Teenagers LOVED the S’mores station! Back deck and furniture is FILTHY/ I washed and filled the hummingbird feeders that were sticky and moldy. Entirely TOO MUCH decor and every cabinet and shelf filled with household items. No room to put our personal belongings. "
