Always a great place to stay.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel and room were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is dated and could use some fresh paint to brighten the lobby and especially the hallways which seem dark and uninviting. We had a good stay.

Lovely place to stay. Miles and John went out of their way to accommodate me. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet,clean and good breakfast. I didn't use the pool but it looked awesome. Hot rub was out of service for scheduled maintenance.

The room seemed new - no wear and tear and spotlessly clean. My one complaint lies not with the management but the builder. My floor had a pronounced hump which put stress on the laminate flooring that squeaked every time I moved on it. Not a big deal for me but I felt bad for the occupants below. I did my best to be quiet at my 0500 rise and exit but... there were still some squeaks. The location was quite convenient for both getting down to Whyte Ave and for leaving the city.
