« Great location, also great atmosphere. My only constructive criticism would be to put a privacy screen in front of hot tub. There is probably privacy in the spring and summer from neighbors because of trees and bushes but around the fall there is zero privacy. Some people like myself like hot tubs in the fall season. Also the beds are too hard and stiff. Could not really get a good night's sleep. Besides those two things the place was phenomenal. »

« My family and I spent a few nights here while exploring the Charlotte area. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet, but was within walking distance to downtown Matthews, which was such a cute vibrant little town. We would recommend this house and would certainly stay there again. »

« The host was very responsive and had great communication throughout our stay. The home is gorgeous, in a quiet neighborhood, and had generally all of the amenities we needed (minus a sharp knife) including coffee k-cups and water. My only caution is that the second bedroom is only accessible by going through the first main bedroom, which can be quite awkward depending on who you're staying with. »

« Rooms are not maintained properly, air conditioning filters not replaced, horrible smell in the room (humidity, mushroom, ) and in the bathroom (tobacco smell). Only 2 towels, tiny ones, for four people. Damp patches on walls and ceiling. Not a place to stay »
