"This is not a high end luxury hotel but has very clean and functional rooms. We had a well stocked kitchenette and a private beach with a great view of the harbor. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. If you are on any sort of budget, this place is a great deal!"

"Second time staying there. 5 minutes from the Cape Cod canal. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, arcade, volleyball court, laundry, continental breakfast, tavern next door, super Stop and Shop across the street just a fun place to come back to after a day exploring the area. Should be rated a five star hotel for the price and the accommodations. "

"We stayed here during Covid when it was a little old school motel. So happy to be back with all its beautiful upgrades and fabulous staff. What a great couple of days we had at the Tides. Room rooms are immaculate. Can’t beat being on the beach! Adorable little coffee truck right outside your door. We will absolutely be back."

"I was worried when I pulled into the front. It looked old and outdated but was sooo pleasantly surprised when I saw the actual room. It was beautifully updated and clean. It was the best room we have been in on our entire vacation. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone."
