I checked in 23PM on dated 30 of September and literally open the door and room was extremely burning because heating I tried many times to contact reception as it was closed and all night I leaft gallery door open and couldn’t sleep because of heating morning time went to reception complain about it and didn’t took any notice and that’s all and my child all night was crying and nearby no amenities were available absolutely waisted my money

"Very noisy hotel with a restaurant and kitchen just below the room. No elevator. Then when you open the room window it is the street noise. There is no traditional reception, one needs to walk through the restaurant for check in and check out which I found very odd when having a couple of heavy luggage ..."
