Beach, activities, Pool and cleanliness and staff are really nice. Staff appeared not sufficient informed sometimes. Paying/Renting the safe is ridiculous. The hammam needs restoration as it looks, smells and is old. A cockroach appeared while I was in the Hammam. Overall our stay was pleasant and the warm hearts of the staff made it really nice.

Generally helpful staff can help provide assistance to make up for the staff - the bar comes to mind - who stay busy disappearing into back rooms to avoid the guests. But the helpful staff members well make up for their more elevated colleagues.

"The negatives outweigh the positives. Positives: one of the cheaper places to stay. Ground floor is decorated beautifully. One of the workers (Moses or Moussa) was highly informative.
