« La chambre sent l’humidité, les tapis sont déchirés, il y avait des tâches étranges sur la literie. Nous avons trouvé une punaise de lit dans un des lits alors avons dormis 4 dans un lit double….Nous voulions partir tôt pour Yosemite, nous sommes finalement parti une heure plus tôt encore. »

« Parking is secure. Room seems newly remodeled. Mostly clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy at all hours of the night which woke me up. I stayed on a weekend so this may be less of an issue during the week. »

« Very nice looking suite and room but noisy, people in room above had kids running around for hours and as we lay in bed, we could hear someone snoring in the room adjacent to ours. »

« Stuff was good services. The room not too good ( mattress ) The sink bathroom was liking. We can deal with little things. But I have to complain about breakfast ! Was very poor all the bread and sausage were hard, eggs not good at all. Just yogurt and fruit were ok. I know it’s free breakfast “ but please give us some little quality. giving my opinion to put attention on this. Location it’s great ! A lot of stores and food around the hotel . Parking it’s good ! »

« Parking was easy the staff was very friendly. The room is really clean and renovated. Unlike the outside of the hotel or the area of the hotel is in. »

« Hôtel idéalement situé, chambre gigantesque avec une multitude d’ équipements. Propreté impeccable. Seul bémol : nous aurions aimé être informés des travaux et donc être dans une chambre plus proche des espaces hors travaux »

« Hotel is fine for a one night stay but was very expensive considering that it’s not even a 3 star hotel. Our room had an odor that was masked with an overpowering perfume smell. We were incredibly grossed out and generally felt uncomfortable taking off our shoes. We left as early as physically possible the next day. »

« We had stayed at this location several times before. So, we reserved the only room with a roll-in-shower for our disabled son, but when we went to check-in, we were informed it had been given to someone else. We had to scrabble at 9pm to find another hotel. Manager just blamed it on a new staff member. A reservation should give you confidence you have the room you reserved when you get there. »

« This hotel was great. The room was very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was great, and during our stay we were there for a soccer tournament so lots of kids and families, as well as two collegiate rowing teams! They kept the food coming and the breakfast area very clean, which was quite impressive given the number of people there. The hotel is very conveniently located to shops and restaurants. »
