Plenty of room here for a large group. Plenty of beds and space to sit down and eat. Quite area that’s not to far of a drive to grocery store, food, etc. trail access is really close.

Nice place
We had issues getting the code for the door, so, we were left waiting outside for several hours. Brandy apologized sincerely for it and reimbursed us for the day. That was the only snafu we had. Overall, very clean, comfortable house close to the trails. Would recommend it.

Great Place to stay and enjoy 3 great trail systems
The owners are very nice and the house is clean and comfortable. We had a group of 10 and it was plenty of room for all of us. The back yard is nice with picnic area and fire pit. Trail was very close as well as access to food and groceries. Also, Trailhead Bar and grill was a awesome place to stop in Matewan and get food and drinks. I would definitely rent this place again and our group had a blast!

Awesome experience & nice home!
Brandy was amazing & was easy to get a hold of. Very nice lady! The house was great. Very spacious & everything you need, and the backyard looks great too! Riding the trails straight from the house was awesome as well. Such a fun and amazing experience. We can't wait to come back in a year or so! We also brought our kayaks and we kayaked the Tug Fork River which was a blast. Thanks again for letting us rent your home! - Jen, Jake, Mark & Linda -
