The Wee Nook is a cottage tucked away in a peaceful, lovely location near the national park. Use it as a base for hiking nearby trails, or floating the Buffalo River (just 3 miles from Carver Landing). There are six Highland cows that roam the pastures surrounding the home, along with plenty of wildlife on the property. There's a wet-weather creek that flows from approximately December to April (depending on rain fall). Come relax in the gorgeous Ozarks! \*\*\*I will send you a map pin, as the address isn't recognized by map apps\*\*\* Also please note the home is down a mile long gravel driveway, with a steep hill. May 19, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Loved staying here! The house was so cute and decorated beautifully. Very comfortable couch and bed! Communicating with property manager was very easy. And the fuzzy cows!!!!! such an added bonus to our stay! We got to feed and pet them! As long as you use google maps, the place was easy to find. It does have a steep driveway so make sure your vehicle can handle that. My only draw back to the house was the stairs to the bedroom are a little steep but not too terrible. The cows are wonderful, the location was 20 minutes from everything! The house was clean and perfectly tucked away in the woods. Stairs are a little steep, but they prepared us for the Cosmic Cave adventure. Feeding the cows was the best way to start each morning! The host was very responsive and even helped me out by putting a dozen roses on the table for my partner. The place was clean and we had no issues finding it. Fair warning, the steps going upstairs are a little steep and the bathroom is located downstairs, but overall the cabin is cute and cozy. The Highland cows were a great added bonus! ##### James S.
