The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

The locationof the Christina hotel provided us amazing views. The shuttle service to the train station was very much appreciated, and they were very accommodating. I especially thought the staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and concerns were answered. I cannot say enough positives about this experience. I will definitely recommend this to any of my friends will be traveling to the Sorrento area.

Beautiful and quiet location, parking (very important if you have a rental), friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the best spot to reach in both directions: to Amalfi on one side, or to Positano and Sorrento on the other side. There is a buss station steps from the hotel entrance and few really good restaurants close by. We will chose it again when we travel this way!
