I'm sorry to write about this hotel. The first day I arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working, and they moved us to another room. Also, the sink in the bathroom was leaking. They really need to do some maintenance.

Clean, air conditioned room. Remember to request a hammock, it is free and included if you wish to have it on your balcony. Comfortable beds and ample space. We definitely enjoyed our stay and recommend it. I adored all the beautiful animals in and around the hotel. They were all friendly and healthy and very used to receiving pets from tourists (except the iguana).

The room was clean and very spacious and comfortable. It’s only in place restaurant served good food, but prices are elevated. Most of the amenities and all other restaurants are in the complex, but be prepared to take long walks back and forth. Their breakfast buffet is excellent. Walking to the beach will set you 10 min back. And their access road is in deplorable condition.
