The room was very small, which made our stay a bit challenging, especially with my 87-year-old mom. The breakfast quality was good, but the dining area was often overcrowded. We also had no control over the room temperature (to make it cold), and it was sometimes uncomfortably hot. It got better when the weather cooled down. Additionally, we were without water for about 16 hours due to flooding, which made the overall experience less pleasant. However, I have to mention that the staff and manager did their best to help us. They moved us to a bigger room and tried to adjust the temperature to make our stay more comfortable. We really appreciated their efforts.

When we left our room to check out, we had a few papers and bags on the floor because we had purchased some new clothes. However, the rest of the room was spotless. The lady who greeted us at the door was extremely agitated and incessantly complained about the items left on the floor. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and I regret leaving with such a negative experience.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Reception and bell boy helped me a lot due to changes in my room. House keeping was extremely nice and helped me in an emergency. Would definitely be back here.
