"It would be great if they had bed in breakfast type of place in the main building.they have a couple restaurant but only one open like around 8 am and the food is not good.also they should put microwave in every room. There was only one in the main entrance by the bending machine room every one use it they make a mess and don’t clean it smh. But overall great place to vacation if you like outdoor.they have a lots of activities."

"Our family had a good time at this property. We love the space and amenities. Very family oriented with games to play as a family, toys for the little ones to play around the kitchen while I was cooking and beds to accommodate the whole family. Only downside of this stay was the pillows. It made our nights rough while sleeping because they were flat and the beds are sturdy se we needed more support. Overall, it is an amazing house. My kids were in love with it and I fell in love with the layout of it. Lori was a wonderful host, very hospitable and quick to respond. We’re thankful for this! We also enjoyed getting to know the Massanutten resort as this was our first time visiting. "

"The property was beautifully maintained. It was perfect for our family and friends to gather for our sons wedding in harrisonburg. Michael was awesome and answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much for a great stay!"

"It wasn't our first stay at the resort, we've been going for many years and it's always been a very good time however this time before we left there was a death in our family. So for that reason alone this time things would be different. So we asked if we could change the dates on my sister's unit because it was her mother n law who had passed away. I feel like we got the run around and the end result was that we had to take the loss for the unit because we were told that it would be able to be done. This was without any real explanation as to why. We aren't sure of who dropped the ball but this was very disappointing. This time wasn't as enjoyable as other time before. "

"Me and 9 members of my family stayed comfortable, the parking was very tight for 4 vehicles, we had a few issues but they were taken care of the same day or by the next day. We did have to do a little cleaning when we got there as well, but we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the movie theater and all the activities in the resort"

It’s rare to find that level of care, and we won’t forget it.The cabin itself was lovely and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spacious walk-in shower, the peaceful wooded surroundings, and the beautiful sunroom—our favorite spot to relax in the mornings. Watching deer walk by while sipping coffee was a perfect start to each day and really added to the charm of the stay.Your responsiveness and attention to detail made the whole experience seamless from start to finish.
