We welcome our responsible Pet Owners to bring along up to two dogs up to 35lbs each. There is an additional pet fee of $35 per pet / per night. \- The newly constructed deck offers lots of outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining. \- The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood on Massanutten Resort, making it the perfect place to enjoy all that the area has to offer. We're about 1 mile from all the activities that the resort offers. \- The villa has a spacious living room with an electric fireplace and big screen TV, a dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. \- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a hearty dinner, granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. \- The master bedroom has a king bed and a large and spacious sitting area to include another electric fireplace and 55" ROKU Smart TV. The second bedroom (Travel Room) has a King Bed with a desk and 46" ROKU Smart TV. Bring a license plate from your state and we'll put it up on the wall with the others! The third bedroom (Americana Room) has a king bed and full-size couch, desk and 46" ROKU Smart TV. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and has a high-top Queen Bed with desk and 46" ROKU TV. This is our smallest and coziest room and is attached to the lower-level bathroom. \- The Villa also comes equipped with a brand-new full-size Washer and Dryer. The Villa is equipped with outside video cams that monitor the outside when the villa is empty and to spot wildlife that may pay a visit in the wee hours of the morning. The remodel has definitely been a long process, and we still have more we want to improve upon, but we don't think you'll be disappointed in staying with us. This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. NOISE • Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. • Keep noise indoors during these hours. • No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. PARKING • Keep all tires off the road. • Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host. • Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 • No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. We were getting together with family and friends and this location gave us plenty of space to visit, relax, and enjoy meals. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen, living area and patio area were a definite plus. Paul and Gwen were great to work with. They answered any questions that I had previous to reserving with promptness that really surprised me. They checked in with me during the stay and really made us feel welcomed. Had the kids eat dinner Friday and Saturday night and breakfast Sunday. Close to JMU for game day. Comfortably slept 8\. Had everything we needed for the perfect weekend. It is everything as described and then some! We loved it! So much room for our whole family to spread out. It was so cozy and really felt like home. Paul and Gwen were the perfect hosts.
