This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners (MPOA) association and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including family with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community.  
  
NOISE  
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 7AM.  
  
PARKING  
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.  
Do not part adjacent to other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permissions for you to do so.  
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.  
If you cannot park al your vehicles on this property of the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owner's Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.  
NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parking at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.  
  
NO OPEN FIRES  
You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave an outdoor fire unattended.  
  
ALCOHOL  
Open contains of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common areas.  
  
PETS  
Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.  
  
TRASH  
Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.  
Dumpsters are located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840  
  
In accordance with resort ground policy, trash must be collected and deposited in the community dumpsters, located an approximate 4-5 minute drive from the home.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The house has an amazing view of the slopes especially at night. The house is spacious and provided room for my entire family. I had planned to bring some decorations since it was the Christmas holiday but ran out of room in our car. To our delight there was an amazing Christmas tree in the living room when we arrived. VERY nice touch! The game room was enjoyed by our children and they had so much fun in there. The beds are super comfy and everyone had great sleep! This is definitely a rental I recommend, especially if you have a large family and need plenty of room to spread out.

We really didn't use anything. We were in town for my daughter's Commissioning and graduation. The location was perfect for being just out of town and quiet. I wish I was prepared for the driveway though:0

My extended family had a great time at this property. House was very clean. Great location. Great layout for entertaining. Karaoke machine and game area was a blast.
