"It was great for the price especially since such a huge event was happening that weekend. Beds kinda small but the covers was sooo thin. A sheet and basically a curtain but if u don't like thick covers this was perfect and cozy The pool was covered up so that sucks , no elevator but still people/ staff was super friendly!"

"The rooms are always clean and the staff is helpful and very polite. The breakfasts always give a big variety of anything you would want. The casino is amazing, everyone there is so polite, the casinos restaurants are great we would highly recommend going you won’t regret it!!!!!!"

"This hotel is one of nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It reminded me 100% of The Westin in Times Square, but nicer. Very clean, front desk and all other staff were more than welcoming and never passed a worker that did not speak. The bathroom was so nice and clean. We didn’t do breakfast and never rate a hotel based on a breakfast or food of any kind. I never dreamed we would find such a great place in all places than West Va. thanks Cassondra for a great check in!"

"Overall, we had an excellent stay! The staff was amazing and were extremely helpful whenever we needed something. There was a slightly, unpleasant musty smell in the room, some stains in the carpet, and minor wear and tear in the bathroom. Nothing that was a deal breaker, but I do feel it's worth mentioning."
