« The people were so nice and helpful. »

« Was okay for a one night stay. We only used one bed in our queen room as we were not sure about clean bedding on other bed. Bathroom and carpets were dirty. Upon check-in in the later evening the front desk was not friendly at all. Seemed like we were an interruption. Front desk in morning was a bit more friendly but not much. Elevator was pretty dirty. This hotel could really use a makeover. »

« They need to do better about people hanging outside the rooms I don’t appreciate opening my room door to two guys and a woman lurking outside my room the staff accused me of taking towels when I didn’t they were put in the dirty laundry hamper they use »

« The room was clean, but there were bugs in the bathroom had a broken light in the bathroom as well. Also, the first day the shower didn’t work. Management move me to a different room, which was similar to the first. They were a few amenities. No Kleenex, no dresser drawers, no rack to put my suitcase on. TV worked the first night, but did not work from that on. No explanation given. I believe they could’ve been more accommodating and should’ve calmed me the first day due to the bugs in the room...

« The hotel had a beautiful view of the river, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. The room itself was clean and well maintained, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the beds were quite warm and uncomfortable for sleeping, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. Overall, the location and scenery were wonderful, but improvements to the bedding and temperature control would make the experience even better. »

« Upon check in discovered the room smelled of pure bleach, burned your throat. Was initially told no other room was an available then it was switched out. Luggage cart was falling apart. Spots on carpeting throughout. Staff including front desk always sitting outside smoking and smell like smoke stacks. Breakfast room was freezing cold. Where is management for this location??? »

« Sejour pro de 3 jours. Hotel confort, spacieux, propre et plus moderne que la moyenne. Excellente localisation pour sortir manger ou boire un verre. Un tres bon pued a terre pour decouvrir la West Virginia ! »

« Positive points: staff very smiling, nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and sufficient breakfast (no more) Negative points: the walls are very thin (you can hear everything) and a train passes every morning and honks by the way, wifi can be improved, no way to change the tv chanel »
