Very nice facility, but the staff makes it top-notch. They went above and beyond helping me in the parking lot. Got stuck due to ice/snow/weather conditions. They helped me get back into a parking spot yesterday. Special thanks to the manager, Mark, for getting me out of the lot today. (Excellent place, but my cats needed me to return home.)

The room we were originally assigned to looked like it wasn’t even cleaned. There was a bad odor and there was a cockroach in the shower. When we notified the front desk the nice lady moved us to a different room. The reception was good but the room could be better. The breakfast had limited choices but was still good.
