The jacuzzi was perfect, far from an overcrowded hotel , we practically felt like we had the place to ourselves… not a far drive from the beach town & the beach … the host were friendly and extremely accommodating.. just an overall 10/10 no notes ! perfect and will definitely be returning! »

« Very clean room. Beds were extra hard and uncomfortable. We were above the pool and heard the door slam shut all the time. Rooms are not "soundproof", can hear the slightest noise/conversations when walking by. Toddlers above us were up at 7am stomping/jumping. Nonsmoking/vaping hotel but could smell the weed throughout the hotel. This hotel has a hard 4pm check in time. We tried to get in an hour before and was told we had to wait til 4pm. We did have other guests asking us how to check in every time we went to our room this was especially annoying… because we are guest and not staff. They have the cleaning staff there from like 10-2, but you do have to request a cleaning of your room. They don’t do it automatically, and they only offer it every other day.
