Step outside to your private covered terrace spanning 15 sqm, where you can take in the sea views without any road noise disturbance. The apartment's elevated position provides a peaceful setting near the beach.  
  
One shared parking space is available on-site, though please note that trailers or motorcycles cannot be accommodated. Public transportation is conveniently accessible with a bus stop located just 3 minutes from the property. Events are not permitted on the premises.
