Very clean and nice facilities, staff was very attentive. Location is also convenient, but there is no parking at the hotel (very difficult to reach by car too), must park somewhere nearby.

Very nice and clean riad. Room cleaning provided everyday. Bed are amazingly comfy. Breakfast ok, could be better as it's always bread or moroccan bakery every morning. Staffs are nice overall, except the night staff who excessively tried to sell the riad's meal plan and spa packages. At one point was rude (made an annoyed face and told us we won't be able to eat other kind of food in the streets as we're not locals) when we respectfully declined the meal plan as we wanted to try food other than couscous and tagine. Would definitely stay again but night staff attitude to be reviewed

Don't go there if you value comfort
The road looked nice at first glance, but our room was tiny and cramped and had no daylight to speak of, the bathtub disgusting - my sister wouldn't take a shower at all and she usually isn't squeamish, no efforts were made to make us the least bit comfortable and the location was such that we didn't feel like going out at night at all.

Great stay
Great stay at this beautiful Riad. Friendly service and great location for walking all the main sights of Marrakech. Only suggestion would be for the staff to be a little less pushy with the in-house dinner, made to feel like it's not really optional.

An expertience not to be missed.
I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Marrakech. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were given advice on how to stay safe, what to look out for and where to go. There was a lovely atmosphere within the Riad from what I can only say was what seemed like chaos outside.A trip to the mountains was organised for us and we felt very safe being taken out by a stranger. Altogether a wonderful experience not to be missed.

Lovely Experience and Service!
This was our first time to Marrakech and we're so glad to have stayed at Riad Amira. We weren't sure what to expect and ended up very happy. The Riad itself is gorgeous. Better than the pictures (make sure to request a specific room if you see one you like in the pictures). Breakfast was included and was MORE than good (we had different types of breads/crepes, homemade jam, yogurt, fruit, orange juice, coffee, tea). Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - someone at the desk 24/7 and always offering to bring tea or help you plan the day. They were also able to call us a taxi to pick us up at the Riad for a flat rate of $5 (US) around the Medina. You're right next to the Saadian Tombs and about a 20 minute walk to the Koutoubia Mosque. You're not really in the "nice" part of town but we never felt unsafe at the Riad and got to have a traditional Moroccan experience. Wi-Fi throughout the courtyard our room was in and out but when we brought it to the staff's attention they fixed it the next day (as they said they would). If there's an emergency or anything you can always get Wi-Fi with a different router in the area around the reception desk. Our room was spacious (a triple) and very cute.. Only hard part was the shower (head not attached to the wall so you have to hold the hose/shower head yourself). Terrace is lovely and the courtyard is so quiet and relaxing. If you can, take a taxi to the Majorelle Gardens and a day trip to Essaouria! Would stay here again any time!

A nice rest stop for us
We made a very short stop in Marrakech- arriving in the evening and leaving early next morning for a Sahara Desert tour. The Riad arranged a driver, but we did have to pay for the ride. Check-in was quick and service was friendly. The room was clean and nice with good wi-if. No complaints from us, but we don’t have much to say since it was such a quick stop!

Relaxing Riad in perfect location
The Riad is only a 15min walk from the central square however is set back from the chaos so location is great. Courtyard area is amazing and lovely to cool off and relax after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend eating dinner in the Riad one evening, food was excellent.

Cute riad
The riad Amira was a great place to stay. The only downside was that it wasn't as locally centered in the medina like I had originally thought. There also was no wifi in the hotel room, just the patio/lobby. The hotel was very cute and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped arranged taxis for me when I needed them. The breakfast was also great.

Beautiful riad
This riad is as pretty as the pictures. The location is within walking distance to all major attractions and not so hard to find. Breakfast was very good. The bed was very firm (may be a minus for some).

Marrakech stay
First room given didn't have wifi connection, however we were moved to another available room which appeared brighter, bigger and quieter. Generally happy with the stay, did the job, and a lot closer to the market than said on google maps.

We stayed at this Riad the night before and after a Sahara tour, it was nice and clean room with high ceilings which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and kindly held our baggage for a few days. Breakfast include was good and the price was reasonable. Overall it was a nice place to say (we didn’t get the chance to explore the surrounding area so can’t say much about that).

A calm oasis in the middle of Marrakech!
Lovely calm of oasis in a bustling and hectic city! Really nice, the pool area was beautiful and having breakfast by it was a great way to wake up. The room itself was pleasant and the shower was roomy - the beds were actually really comfortable and the best nights sleep we'd had our entire time in Morocco! Martine the owner was lovely and came and introduced herself to us over breakfast. The location is convenient too as it's about 15 mins from the main square and near to the mosque and toombs. If you're a cat lover you'll see lots of strays in the area so make sure you take some cheap cat food from the supermarket and make some new friends during your stay at this wonderful riad!

Beautiful Riad
The hotel is located 20 metters from the Saadian Tombs in a very quiet area. The hotel si very beautiful and the rooms are clean and nice decorated. The only thing we had a issue was the internet that stopped working during the evening and night. Rich and delicious breakfast.

Worst hotel in a back alley area
We booked this hotel due to the reviews on Expedia. But don't believe them. We arrived late at night and we're taken down all these back alleys to come across this random door that didn't really come across like a hotel. Anyways we checked in and foyer was nice enough, however when we got to the rooms it was terrible! There were cracks all over the walks, the toilets and shower were uncleanand there were bugs running around in the room. You could also hear all the outside noise of people revving their motorbikes constantly. When we asked about wifi they said you had to go to the roof to use it and can't get it in the rooms ...??? We ended up leaving within 1/2 hour and decided to lose our money and find another hotel due to how this place was. Avoid this place. You can get hotels for £10 more per night

The b&b was in a great location for ehjoying the old town but was in quite poor condition.The staff were all excellent, and the beds comfortable and clean. But with a little effort it could have been so much better. Here are a few suggestions. 1. Lights bright enough to read by in rooms. 2. Water and glasses in rooms. 3.A bit of variation in breakfast.eg fresh fruit.

Nice Riad in quiet Kasbah area.
It was very hidden and a normal taxi would have had a hard time finding it, so we booked the transfer the Riad offered. Once inside the place is very authentic to Moroccan style. Courtyard area for breakfast is lovely and also is where the pool is located. Small pool to cold to be used in November. Also, it was cold in the room until we figured out how to heat the room. Bathroom only had a curtain as a divider from main bedroom which was quite small and did not offer much space for suitcases. Had to obtain glassed from the on duty person as none were in the room. Also the room lacked kleenex and blow dryer. Blow dryer was available from the Riad. It has a rooftop vista and sitting area but this was not open when we were there. The walk to main part of old city took about 15 - 20 minutes. Biggest complaint we had was that we were not told about the surcharge of 3.8% if you pay by credit card. On top of this you are charged a conversion from Euro to Dirhams as they use Dirhams for the credit card but quote rate in Euro. Good to take lots of Euro with you as then you can pay by cash. Very few places in Marrakech take credit cards. Also, need lots of coins as many places can not and will not change 100 Dirham notes.

No facility for the cold weather.
The staff were excellent but I don't know how the owner has not kept the place in better condition. I am not talking about big improvements but small things like the bedroom windows have no bolts so they do not shut properly hence the room was very cold. I am surprised that such small things that need doing have been overlooked and not even thought of. The shower cubicle? is so small that you can not have a shower without water spilling everywhere. The stay was made bearable by the staff who are excellent and were very helpful.

Very nice hotel near the centre of Marrakech
Hotel is nice, staff is very nice, specially Shayma (I hope you write it like this!), Hassan was also very nice. We only briefly met Martine Trezzy. The staff is quite knowledgable and upon arrival they explain all the things you can do, provide you with a map and highligh areas you might find interesting to visit.

Convenient to local places of interest.
We found the Amira most convenient and the splash pool in the heat of the day was worth a dip. Good coffee was always available on return after a long evening in the town and markets. The local people are genuine and particularly nice and welcoming. However, do not be convinced if someone tells you that the way you are going is closed. They will be trying to get you into a shop that is selling oils and essences. Nothing wrong with the product though. However at the risk of repeating myself, with the exeption of the 'con-artists' the local people are very welcoming. We also took a day trip up to Casablanca by rail, a three and a half hour trip but we had not enough time left to spend in Casablanca, two or three days would have been better to see a bit more of a city that is very much larger than Marrakech.

Beautiful Riad
My 3 friends and I recently stayed 4 nights at Riad Amira. It was a fabulous stay. The place itself was beautiful and we loved our room. My brother and I shared a 3 person room. Technically we could have stayed in just a double room but it didn´t cost much extra and I preferred the idea of some extra space. The room was beautiful and opened right up to the pool and breakfast area. Breakfast every morning was simple but fresh and delicious. The staff was always extremely helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this Riad to anyone visiting the city!

Friendliest staff treats everyone like family
Martine, Assad and staff are wonderful. It felt like we wer staying with friends. Breakfast was simple European style. Rooms are like being in a bed and breakfast. Loved having wifi. Only issue is sometimes with the water in shower when you flush toilet at same time. Having Abdul as our driver was great! Abdul drove us to Essouira for the day. Martine also arranged for a different Adbul to be our tour guide through the Jamaa El Fna and the Mellah which was great with the explanations. Dinner at the Riad after a two day camel trip to the desert was perfect Martine also arranged for us to have spa treatments at a local holistic spa. Try the Hammam treatment!
